You Already Know This Job
The bolt is right there. You just can't get anything on it. The ratchet's too fat. The extension slips the second you load it. There's no room to swing anything.
So you jam your knuckles for twenty minutes, round off the head a little, and finally give up and book the shop — for a job that should've taken ten.
That's the problem BOLTHERO was built to solve. Not with a gimmick — with materials that actually hold up when it matters.

Why A Normal Extension Doesn't Cut It
| ✕ | Wobble extensions flex sideways the moment you apply real torque |
| ✕ | Flex-head ratchets still need swing clearance you don't have |
| ✕ | Universal joints lose torque the sharper the angle gets |
| ✕ | Cheap offset tools flex, corrode, or crack after a few uses |
Aluminum Body. Steel Chain. Zero Compromise.
The body is machined from AL-6061-T6 aluminum, hard anodized to a finish harder than stainless steel. It won't corrode in a filthy engine bay, won't flex when you put real force on it, and won't end up in the bin after the third use. Inside, a steel roller chain transfers torque 1:1 from any angle — no swing arc required.

BOLTHERO PRO vs. What's In Your Toolbox
Frequently Asked Questions
I've bought tools before that promised exactly this. Why is BoltHero different?
Most "tight space" tools either flex under load, require swing room you don't have, or just move the problem instead of solving it. BoltHero uses an internal chain drive that transfers torque from any angle, without wobble and without slippage — that's what makes it work where a standard extension or universal joint fails.
Is it strong enough for stuck bolts?
Rated to 72 Nm (53 ft-lb), which covers the vast majority of automotive and home repair work. For a seriously seized bolt, break it loose first with a breaker bar, then finish the job with BoltHero.
Will it actually fit my specific tight spot?
At 0.63" thick and 15.4" long, it fits where standard ratchets, wobble extensions and flex-head wrenches can't go. If there's a straight path to the bolt, this reaches it.
Can I use it with my impact wrench?
Yes, set your impact wrench to setting 1 or setting 2 max, depending on your brand. Most brands deliver 20 to 40 Nm on setting 1, which is well within BoltHero's safe range. Higher settings risk damaging the chain mechanism over time.
What about a pneumatic impact wrench?
Keep compressor pressure at a maximum of 2 to 3 bar. Above that, you risk overloading the chain mechanism. Output varies by brand and model, so treat this as a safe guideline rather than a universal rule for every air tool.
Can I use it to both tighten and loosen bolts?
Yes. The chain drive transfers torque equally in both directions at a 1:1 ratio, so you can tighten going in and loosen coming out without swapping tools.
What colors is it available in?
BoltHero PRO comes in Yellow, Black, Red and Blue. Same hard-anodized aluminum body and chain drive across every color — pick whichever fits your toolbox.
What if my bolt is somehow too weird even for this?
If there's a straight line of sight to the bolt head, BoltHero PRO can almost always reach it. And with a 2-year warranty behind every order, you're covered if something's off with the tool itself.
