1. Wrap it

The 27-inch wrap covers your wrist and forearm. Secure it with the Velcro strap.

2. Set your therapy

Press the heat button for your temperature and the vibration button for your mode. Hold both buttons for 3 seconds to activate the red light panels.

3. Run it for 15–20 minutes

For carpal tunnel and median-nerve symptoms, position the LED panels over the palm-side of the wrist, where the nerve runs through the tunnel.
