All products has 1 year warranty. When you got the package, please check the package is well-packed or not. If the package broken, please take photo to save as evidence. Import tax description:

Do I need to pay import taxes?
Yes, you need. The freight you pay to us does not include import tax and value-added tax.

The EU’s new tax reform policy requires taxation even on goods worth $1.
Therefore, AliExpress will collect VAT tax first, and then pay import tax after receiving the package.

For the import policies of other countries, you may have tax allowances.
For example, in the United States, products are tax-free when the price is less than $800.

Therefore, before you buy from us, please carefully check the import policy of your country/region.

As you know, our locks are very expensive, and many customers report that they have been charged high taxes.
This is your national policy and we cannot control it.

Some customers say they have never been taxed before. They bought a lot of things on AliExpress.
